SAS Club CoachesColin Hill has been the first team coach at SAS Netball Club since 1996 and has recently taken on the Reds squad since they joined the first team in the Premier Division in Aylesbury. He is a qualified coach and as well as coaching SAS he has also coached South Bucks & Oxford County Netball squads over the last 8 years. He has also achieved great things in the world of mens' netball including representing England against such teams as South Africa, Australia & Jamaica. Other club coaches are Sally Whittle & Lindsey White who have been assisting Colin in the coaching of all the players at SAS in the last 2 years. Sally until recently was the player/coach for the Reds squad but has handed the coaching over to Colin so that she can concentrate on her match performance while on court. Lindsey coaches the Blues squad, she and the whole squad have been working hard to improve the Blues and their aim this season is to get promoted to Division 1 at Aylesbury. All three of our coaches are qualified umpires and both Colin & Lindsey are preparing to go fo their B award soon.

SAS WIN SOUTH REGION DIVISION 3 - April 2008
SAS have had a great season and with only 2 losses this season have come out overall winners of Div 3. It has been an intense and very competitive season but after coming 4th last year and missing out on the play offs we were determined to gain promotion this season. Coach Colin Hill said " It has been a long tough season with plenty of ups and downs along the way but overall a great squad effort which produced some exciting netball. I am really pleased that we have gained automatic promotion avoiding the play offs, it is what the squad deserve as they have all worked so hard this season, looking forward to the challenge ahead in Div 2. My thanks go out to the whole squad, scorers, umpires and supporters without which we would not be in this great position now. Div 2 here we come....."
